The hotel staff were very accommodating. We arrived early and they ensured the room was ready in 10 minutes. That was greatly appreciated. The guests in the rooms beside & across from our had no regards for being quite they were noisy, allowed the doors to close with bangs, had the tv too loud and were knocking on each other’s doors and talking loudly in the hall. That is not the fault of the hotel it is just simply rude and inconsiderate guests of the hotel.

The room is good and comfortable. Beyond my expectations considering the price is low. Restaurant service is superb. The food is delicious and very affordable. The location is very close to all important places.

I liked the location, it was close to the West Edmonton Mall. I also love how clean the hotel is and my room smelled wonderful upon arrival.

Loved the location, the layout of the hotel, the fact that my daughter could enjoy a swim, that it had a restaurant inside it and that the rooms were up-to-date, well appointed and there was a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee.

We loved the size of the room we got. It was perfectly clean and it was quiet so perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping. The bed was amazing we slept really well. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent, had no issues checking in, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Also allowed my pet rabbit in as well. Will be staying here again next time we come back down.
